Aspettavamo con trepidazione Dynasty Warriors 9, perché speravamo potesse dare alla saga quella spinta necessaria per rinnovarsi e approdare ufficialmente alla nuova generazione. Sulla carta, le novità parevano davvero interessanti, a partire dalla struttura open-world, ma pad alla mano, l’esperimento non ci è parso del tutto riuscito. Il combat system rinvigorito (ma non troppo) è accompagnato da sacrifici al ritmo di gioco, la ripetitività è sempre presente, la componente tecnica/grafica, tra rallentamenti e pop-up, non brilla, e le tante attività secondarie non sono così eccitanti da sviarci dalla trama principale, che resta comunque il caposaldo dell’esperienza che non deluderà i fan più hardcore, liberissimi come sono di ignorare quasi del tutto il “contorno”. Chi, come noi, si aspettava una rivoluzione, rimarrà però deluso.

Bayonetta 2, a distanza di quasi quattro anni, resta un action strabiliante e il picco più alto mai raggiunto dal genere. Questo suo port per Switch non fa che sottolineare la cosa, grazie al valore aggiunto della portabilità e a a un frame rate nettamente più stabile. Certo, avremmo voluto qualche aggiunta extra, e il prezzo è altino per un titolo non propriamente recentissimo, ma ci risulta del tutto impossibile non consigliarvi l'acquisto: l'opera di Hashimoto è un capolavoro che merita di essere giocato da chiunque, e su Switch potrebbe trovare il pubblico che merita. Giocatelo assolutamente se ve lo siete perso.

Monster Energy Supercross es un juego que sigue mostrando el trabajo de Milestone con el Unreal Engine 4 y, a este respecto, la calificación sería de "Progresa Adecuadamente". Con respecto a un título comparable como es MXGP3 encontraremos una gran mejora en el sistema de iluminación (gracias a que aquí se compite de noche y eso lo hace relucir más) y las físicas, aunque quizás la IA es demasiado agresiva en sus modos más altos de dificultad. Por desgracia, Milestone no corrige ciertos aspectos como la falta de modos alternativos a Trayectoria, o los incentivos a la progresión, que aquí no pasan de fotos y títulos para el perfil.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is not a perfect game … but it is totally unique. If you like slow and deliberate development of the story, which is at the heart of this game, then you can safely purchase it after all the bugs get fixed. Be prepared for a few hundred hours of gameplay! However, don’t expect that these hours will be filled with incredibly tight storytelling. On the contrary, you will mostly do side quests and explore the endless landscapes of Bohemia. If none of this makes you excited, then don’t bother with a game you will most likely drop after seven or eight hours of playing.

The Fall Part 2: Unbound is a solid follow-up to its predecessor with a moving story and interesting puzzles. It is held back somewhat by occasionally obtuse solutions and bland action sequences, but is well-worth the price of admission for players eager to continue ARID’s story.

Crossing Souls supone un interesante comienzo para un estudio pero termina recayendo en exceso en sus homenajes y referencias que embarran por completo el desarrollo narrativo del título. Hay un buen fondo en Crossing Souls pero no termina de cuajar en ninguno de sus aspectos quedándose entre dos tierras en todo momento.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is equal parts amazing and challenging, with a small dash of unfinished frustration. The world that Warhorse has built is dirty, unforgiving, brutal, and easily one of the best open world RPGs on the market. The game’s unflinching dedication to its representation of the horrors of medieval life pulls you in and demands your attention. The occasional bugs mar the experience, but Kingdom Come: Deliverance is a must-have for any open world role playing game fan in search of something unique.
