Dave the Diver è molto più della somma delle sue singole componenti. Manca di originalità e non è mai particolarmente profondo nelle sue varie meccaniche, ma il risultato finale è un gioco con un ottimo ritmo, divertente, denso di contenuti e che continua a proporre nuove idee anche dopo ore e ore. Graficamente avrebbe meritato un po' più di cura, ma considerando che è un indie siamo certi che molti potranno tranquillamente superare il problema. A meno che per voi l'originalità sia fondamentale per approcciare un videogioco, consigliamo senza dubbi Dave the Diver.

Capping off the Crossbell and Cold Steel arcs with a nice little bow, The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie hits some high highs – such as with C and the True Reverie Corridor – and when it does, it's an RPG fan’s paradise. But as an overall package, it feels like an easy excuse to get a huge number of characters together rather than do something meaningful with them. It’s far from the series’ best, but fans will find a lot to love here, even if we'd recommend seeking it out on another platform for the best experience, or waiting for a patch.

Planet of Lana è una storia raccontata con una delicatezza rara, che si gioca come un Prince of Persia e si ama come un film di Hayao Miyazaki. La cura per i dettagli traspare in tutte le 5/6 ore necessarie al completamento, che lasciano soddisfatti chiunque abbia il coraggio di lasciarsi andare sulle onde dell’emotività. Trails into Reverie is an all-star excursion that feels like one big franchise festival; your more traditional Trails campaign being the spine of what can be a brilliantly robust RPG, complete with more than enough gameplay depth to keep even the most hardcore players happy. As an epilogue to the Crossbell and Cold Steel games, it can seem a little tired in terms of creativity, but its faults are easily overlooked when you're back in the saddle with all of your favourite heroes.

Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE manages to live up to its mystery adventure predecessor and establish a name of its own in the process. Removing the shroud of mystery around each case was intriguing, and made for some of the best twists that I couldn’t have seen coming. The wonderfully eccentric cast balances out the dark and gritty narrative in a way that manages to create a stellar adventure of investigation and seeking the truth at any cost.

Gimmick! Special Edition Gimmick! Special Edition rappresenta una piccola vittoria per i fan dell'epoca NES, che possono finalmente tastare con mano (e possedere fisicamente) uno dei piccoli grandi titoli smarriti nel tempo e nelle localizzazioni. Un platform dalla realizzazione certosina che ancora oggi risulta godibile, anche a fronte di una difficoltà decisamente elevata che potrebbe scoraggiare molti giocatori. I nuovi contenuti ed innumerevoli modifiche QOL permettono a questa versione di essere il modo migliore per avvicinarsi ad un titolo a suo modo storico. Ovviamente, coloro che non apprezzano un retrogaming così spinto, potrebbero non apprezzare l'avventura dello youkai. While Gylt has some tragic elements in its story, it’s even more tragic that it was tied to the sinking ship that was Google Staida. Luckily, with its re-release, adults and children alike will be able to get lost in the Lovecraftian lore, unnerving enemy design, and clean aesthetics. Overall, Gylt packs intrigue into every aspect of its gameplay and story without telling you the answers outright, leading to great moments of discovery.

The game is still subtle enough with other parts of itself to at least warrant a thorough playthrough. After all, the player has to discover the origins of this mysterious world and the entities inside it, and the only way to find out is through multiple playthroughs. Overall, this experience is decent, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with what I've got.

Entre les Goonies et Tim Burton, Gylt propose une aventure teintée de mécaniques de survival-horror, mais accessible au plus grand nombre. Pas déplaisant, le titre souffre tout de même d'un bon manque de profondeur pour une expérience de jeu assez mitigée. Un titre à conseiller aux amateurs d'aventures horrifiques légères, aussi bien dans ses mécaniques de gameplay que dans son absence de difficulté.

Disfruté jugando Gylt, creo que es un título que merecía ser rescatado de la debacle de Google Stadia y creo que es un juego que se anima a contar una historia más profunda que matiza con el terror gráfico pero que puede ser tranquilamente la vida de un adolescente con problemas y considero que la narración hace un gran trabajo al dejar al jugador pensando, recordando otros tiempos, quizás en los que todos nosotros sin duda hemos sido testigos, víctimas y tristemente victimarios del bullying. Si estás con ganas de disfrutar de un survival horror interesante y con una temática diferente, Gylt puede saciar tu sed. Ve por él.
