Pocas veces una expansión o DLC consigue superar al juego del que toma su origen, y aunque Unfinished Bussines no lo consiga, el hecho de que no necesites de Rogue City para disfrutarlo lo convierte en una anomalía. Lo decimos en el sentido de que, incluso con sus carencias y fallos, hará que te pique el gusanillo para volver a jugar al primero. O mejor aún, si te lo perdiste, hará que tengas mucha curiosidad por experimentar el germen de este 'stand alone'. Lástima que sus desarrolladores no hayan querido arriesgarse un poco más con lo que ofrece, ya que a muchos les parecerá excesivamente continuista, pero insistimos: como el personaje que lo protagoniza, hay más bajo la chapa de lo que se ve, y te deja con una buena sensación al completarlo.

You can't really go wrong with Unfinished Business if you enjoyed its underrated predecessor, but expectations need to be kept in check. This standalone follow-up is disappointingly rough around the edges, and although its comically violent combat remains satisfying, it's not varied enough to elevate the entire action-heavy campaign.

En tant que jeu, Ready or Not reporte avec brio la tension des situations extrêmes des agents des forces spéciales grâce à son gameplay tactique, calculé et lent beaucoup plus proche de la simulation, doublé d'une narration environnementale fine d'un univers connexe au nôtre. En tant que portage, cette version console retranscrit de façon quasi immaculée l’expérience PC, à quelques légers soucis d’ergonomie près. Autant dire que les criminels de Los Sueños n’ont qu’à bien se tenir et que l'ordre sera rétabli, qu'ils soient prêts ou non.

Aunque pueda parecer una locura, Bandai logra hacer el más difícil todavía y sacar oro de un corto de animación y un personaje de casi 50 años de edad. Shadow Labyrinth no es para nada revolucionario, pero sí un ejercicio de estilo como pocas veces hemos visto en los videojuegos. Aunque tiene un ritmo algo irregular y unos picos de dificultad que pueden desanimar en lugares puntuales de la aventura, es un juego ambicioso que te tendrá entretenido durante no pocas horas.

La Nintendo más valiente se quita de encima lo fácil de vendernos otro Super Mario para apuntar a una aventura que huele al fontanero pero tiene un sabor completamente distinto. Donkey Kong y Pauline se convierten en una dupla tan divertida como entrañable que demuestra el potencial de Switch 2 y nos enseña que tomando otros caminos también pueden triunfar.

Donkey Kong Bananza n’est pas le chef-d’œuvre absolu que certains attendaient, mais c’est un excellent jeu d’action-aventure, au gameplay efficace, accessible et plein d’idées fraîches. Il creuse une nouvelle direction pour Donkey Kong sans révolutionner la formule, mais avec assez de bananes, de transformations et de trouvailles pour plaire au plus grand nombre. Un titre qui a du groove, qui tape juste (et fort) et qui donne envie de revenir y planter sa pelle encore et encore.

Donkey Kong Bananza is an almighty re-introduction to the world of 3D platforming for DK, and arguably the Switch 2's first absolute must-play. Se Super Mario Odyssey fosse un album musicale, sarebbe un disco Art Pop di qualità sopraffina. Donkey Kong Bananza, invece, tende più al Progressive Rock barocco: chiassoso, stratificato, variopinto, mai timoroso di osare e oltrepassare i confini stessi del genere. Nell'interazione che consente di distruggere quasi tutto, nella creatività straripante di certe soluzioni, nella lunghezza insospettabile dell'avventura, nella difficoltà di alcune sezioni finali. Arrampicarsi sulle superfici, frantumarle, saltare e rotolare, cercare e scovare tesori, è tutto parte di un'esperienza unica e coinvolgente. Il gioco comincia pacatamente, poi è un crescendo continuo fino alla magistrale conclusione. È, in breve, uno dei migliori platform 3D mai creati, estremamente rispettoso del passato del personaggio, ma proiettato totalmente al futuro. Per il gioco dell'anno, come cantava De André, "attenti al goriiii-iiii-iii-iiii-lla"...
