The Masters: Tiger Woods PGA Tour 12 is one of the better golf video games out there. EA Sports has refined the gameplay and added several features and courses. Putting can be a challenge, the analog swing isn't exactly new, and paying extra for the full career experience are the only bogeys in an otherwise fine round of golf.

Dungeon Hunter has reminded me why I love the action RPG genre. The lackluster story is overshadowed by great gameplay mechanics and a top-notch multiplayer experience. Fans of the genre will find plenty to keep them occupied while they continue to wait for Torchlight 2 and Diablo 3.

Ultimately, Test Drive Unlimited 2 is a fun game to play that will keep you entertained for hours upon hours. Despite a few annoyances and flaws, the game has so much to do and explore that you could spend hours playing in this part of the game without any actual online multiplay.

Overall Knights Contract isn’t as bad as some of the reviews I’ve read. It’s got an interesting story, a control setup that’s not too hard to get used to (aside from the annoying lock-on mechanic), and the graphics and sound are nice, though the music can get repetitive after a while. You do have a map that you can use by hitting Back but it’s not the greatest map in the world as I found myself getting more lost when I used it. I don’t know if I’d pay $60 for Knights Contract so this might be one to rent before you make that decision to buy it. If you have a rental place near where you live or have a Game Fly subscription go ahead and give it a shot.

Outland is a beautiful, challenging platformer. With a polarity system similar to Ikaruga, players will have to keep a keen eye on many different potential factors to their death. Enemies are the least of your worries as you jump between ledges while avoiding harmful spirit energies. Unfortunately, Outland’s challenge occasionally dips into the realm of frustration given a lack of sufficient checkpoints during boss battles, quickly making the experience less of a gratifying competition against the AI and more a chore to complete. Your level of patience will be key to your enjoyment of this game.

Moon Diver takes all the charm of a retro-action arcade game and presents it with a shiny, new-generation look. At the core though, this game is about as old school as they come. As much as I love it, I am afraid that this is one solely for fans of the genre.

No matter whether you were there from the beginning or just now playing the game for the time, Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection has something for everybody. With its action-packed story, memorable characters and strong narrative, there's a reason people continue to celebrate this game twenty years later. Even though the bonus content doesn't come close to matching the original game, there's more than enough to love about this $30 collection!

Top Spin 4 is a return to prominence for the series. New players and veteran players both can feel comfortable with the changes to gameplay that 2K Czech has built into this latest tennis effort. The improvements easily outweigh the flaws and this game is the best tennis simulation to arrive in years and the best overall tennis video game since the original Virtua Tennis.

Shift 2 is not quite a full-realism simulator, but it's not exactly an arcade game either. The Xbox controller makes precise control difficult at best, but configuration settings and driving aids can help tame the unruly driving quirks. The evolutionary Helmet Cam provides a nice boost of realism. This reviewer wasn't thrilled with the Big Brother nature of the Autolog system, but he is a self-admitted curmudgeon practicing to be a hermit, so take that into account.
