With abundant customisation, and a foundation that allows infinite hours to be sunk into online play, Everybody’s Golf is a solid series entry despite minor niggles in the graphics and online server departments. It’s also very welcoming to newcomers whilst providing a serious challenge to veterans, all wrapped up in a huge online and offline package.

AD Clap Hanz’s effort to evolve Everybody’s Golf is a successful way of thinking outside of the box. While there aren't a ton of modes, there's enough here to keep players coming back for more. Keeping its challenging and addicting gameplay, Everybody’s Golf manages to blend frustration and enjoyment successfully. The online aspect has no hiccups and it’s easy to play with other people. Turf War is extremely hectic and fun at the same time. Clap Hanz took full of advantage of the technology that the PS4 offers to create the biggest leap of the series and offering fresh new innovations. Not to mention, you can literally fish.

Everybody’s Golf celebra su vigésimo aniversario con una gran entrega. Retos, personalización y horas de diversión a través de unos maravillosos escenarios. Con juegos así dan ganas de calzarse los zapatos y los guantes, agarrar los palos e ir al Club de Campo a echarse unos cuantos tiros.

Sony celebra dos décadas de Everybody's Golf con una de las entregas más completas que recordamos. Editor de personajes, modos de juego tanto online como offline, una cantidad de campos más que suficiente, opciones de todo tipo, mucha simpatía… Sin duda se convierte en uno de esos escasos títulos que pueden servir de entrada al mundo del golf a muchos usuarios por su accesibilidad y tono desenfadado, si bien incluso los usuarios más expertos encontrarán retos online a su nivel. Ojalá siga con nosotros otros 20 años más.

Ce nouvel Everybody’s Golf fait largement honneur à la série. En offrant un gameplay très accessible et une vraie courbe d’évolution, il s’adresse à tous les publics, des plus néophytes aux fans du sport. Le gain d’expérience pour chacun des clubs, les nombreuses récompenses à gagner, on suit notre avancée avec un certain plaisir grâce à un gameplay aux petits oignons qui ne laisse pas trop de place au hasard. Le multi n’est pas en reste avec un mode local hautement paramétrable et une dimension communautaire bien poussée. Bref, le savoir-faire du studio Clap Hanz fait encore des merveilles.

Everybody's Golf è pronto ad invadere i nostri salotti con la solita dose di umorismo, profondità e divertimento a cui la serie ci ha da sempre abituati. Una campagna single player longeva e vivacizzata da piccole ma efficaci novità, ed un comparto multigiocatore di ampio respiro, capace di coinvolgervi come non mai, sono gli ingredienti di un nuovo ed entusiasmante torneo al quale gli appassionati, così come i neofiti, dovrebbero assolutamente partecipare. Peccato per un comparto tecnico un po' datato, incapace di sfruttare a dovere la potenza dell'hardware di Ps4 e di Pro, con quest'ultima accompagnata da succulente feature non sempre implementate con la necessaria cura. Con i suoi 5 percorsi totali (seguiti da altri due presto disponibili sul PSN), il pacchetto offerto da Everybody's Golf potrebbe apparire meno succulento rispetto al passato, eppure la mole di contenuti ed attività perfettamente integrate in un sistema di progressione sempre organico e vivace, consegnano ai tanti fan un capitolo di ottimo livello, incapace di eguagliare le vette raggiunte da quel quarto episodio che ancora oggi svetta sui restanti esponenti della saga, ma che non dovreste in alcun modo lasciarvi sfuggire.

La prima apparizione di Everybody’s Golf su PlayStation 4 non tradisce le aspettative e sarà in grado di soddisfare ampiamente i numerosi fan sparsi per il globo. Questi ultimi, da tempo in attesa dell’approdo della serie sull’ultima ammiraglia Sony, troveranno un gioco al passo con i tempi sia in termini tecnici che contenutistici, a cui davvero non si può chiedere molto di più per elevare ulteriormente il genere. Le pecche riscontrabili, infatti, appartengono tutte alla tipologia di gioco, che per quanto abbia bisogno di un pizzico di sale in zucca e qualche riflessione in più, resta comunque qualcosa in cui, banalmente, c’è solo bisogno di selezionare le mazze adatte, posizionarsi adeguatamente e premere un unico tasto al momento giusto. La poca profondità del sistema di controllo non deve però essere assolutamente un motivo per ignorare il lavoro svolto da Clap Hanz in collaborazione con JAPAN Studio, perché proprio per questo diventa appetibile per tutti i tipi di giocatore: c’è un po’ di spazio da riempire con qualcosa di diverso tra gli impegni dei titoli tripla A della calda stagione natalizia, ed Everybody’s Golf potrebbe essere proprio il gioco giusto per questo scopo.

Un más que correcto juego de golf que mantiene su pulida jugabilidad de siempre. Algunos cambios son para bien o para mal, dependiendo del jugador que seas. Desde luego, ahora su enfoque es más social.

Everybody's Golf is a solid arcade title that seems to do everything right in recreating the sport itself, and providing a carefree and welcoming atmosphere. But unfortunately, some jarring design decisions make this an overly restrictive and tedious experience that few casual players will want to slog through.
