Sonic Dream Team packs a surprising amount of fun into a limited number of levels. By having you complete a diverse set of missions within them, it manages to keep things feeling fresh from start to finish even as you play through the same areas numerous times. Its missions are engaging enough that I went back to finish off the handful I’d missed as soon as I conquered Eggman. While the music and story presentation could have been better, and the touchscreen controls aren’t ideal as the difficulty increases toward the end, Sonic Dream Team has still sped onto my list of favorite 3D platformers I’ve played in quite some time.

Arizona Sunshine 2 è semplicemente tutto ciò che ci aspettavamo. Un sequel che non tradisce il primo capitolo e che cerca di migliore, con l’introduzione di una serie di novità in grado di poter aiutare i giocatori ad apprezzare ancora di più il titolo. L’opera di Vertigo Games è un buon gioco, p perfettamente riuscito, che convince ma che allo stesso tempo inquadra la crisi della realtà virtuale, ancora ancorata a titoli, generi e produzioni che richiamano nel design e nel gameplay i primissimi esperimenti che abbiamo visto negli anni passati. Se avete amato il primo capitolo sicuramente non potete esimervi dal comprarlo: sarà come rivedere un vecchio amico, con un nuovo taglio di capelli e qualche tatuaggio in più. Per tutti gli altri, beh, se avete voglia di uno shooter-arcade sapete cosa inserire nelle vostre wishlist.

Worldless is not going to be for everyone. The harsh difficulty of the combat, and the thin plot can make it tough to move forward. However, there's satisfaction to be found in clearing the title's challenges. Combined with the splashy visuals, the adventure is worth undertaking if you're up for the task.

Sin hacer nada nuevo, Tevi es contudente en su propuesta: un metroidvania con toques roleros, bullet hell e incluso un puntito "souslike" (es difícil, pero puedes convertirlo en un infierno), a la que resulta difícil resistirse una vez has mordido el anzuelo.

SteamWorld Build SteamWorld Build è l'ennesimo successo per la proprietà intellettuale creata da Image & Form. La frizzante vivacità della serie ci ha portato stavolta un curioso ibrido tra city building e dungeon crawling, elementi che presi singolarmente non risulterebbero particolarmente originali, ma che uniti danno vita a qualcosa di peculiare. La presenza di un fine ultimo da perseguire e la necessità di far fronte a due diverse realtà ludiche rendono Build un prodotto decisamente interessante, anche al netto di qualche leggerezza e facilitazione di troppo. Proprio in questo senso, sono gli amanti dei suddetti generi che potrebbero essere maggiormente critici verso la produzione. Per tutti gli altri e per i fan del mondo post-apocalittico dei robot a vapore, anche stavolta ci sarà pane per i vostri denti. Facile d’accès et agréable à l’œil, malgré d’évidentes limitations, SteamWorld Build est un jeu de gestion et de stratégie qui fonctionne plutôt bien. Les premières parties sont un véritable plaisir, malgré la relative lenteur de la progression passé un certain stade. On ne lui reprochera finalement qu’un intérêt limité sur la durée, dans la mesure où il n’offre guère plus qu’un mode de jeu. Cela dit, du haut de sa petite trentaine d’euros, ce qu’il propose demeure honnête.
