Nobody Wants to Die è una avventura grafica in stile noir anni '30, dalla forte ispirazione fantascientifica in stile Blade Runner e Altered Carbon. Il risultato è buono nonostante il gioco pecchi di originalità mancante, e di alcuni problemi sul lato tecnico. La trama però è avvincente, e l'ambientazione è davvero ben realizzata.

Taking up the torch of hope against the forces of evil was never going to be an easy task, and Darkest Dungeon II makes sure you feel it. While the roster of heroes creates plenty of opportunities for build crafting, actually interacting with all of the systems in the game can feel like a slog at times. Even so, there’s enjoyment to be found in this roguelite spin on the brutally difficult combat and festering world that Darkest Dungeon is known for.

World of Goo 2 macht jede Menge Spaß - eben deshalb, weil es "easy to learn and hard to master" ist. Mit jedem gelösten Rätsel und mit jeder stabilen Konstruktion lernt man etwas dazu - und entwickelt so nach und nach eine Problemlösungskompetenz, die im Spielverlauf äußerst hilfreich ist. Klar, hin und wieder gerät man an Engpässe, an denen es scheinbar nicht mehr weitergeht, doch auch hier hilft hartnäckiges Rumprobieren. Wer einmal wirklich feststeckt, kann das betreffende Level auch skippen - nur die finalen Level jedes Spielabschnitts müssen auf jeden Fall gelöst werden. Diverse Flüssigkeiten, neue Bällchentypen und mehrstufige Rätsel machen World of Goo 2 zu einem Must-play für Rätsel-Fans.

F1 Manager 24 est sans aucun doute l’opus le plus abouti de la franchise. Que ce soit au niveau de son intelligence artificielle ou avec l’ajout de la création de son écurie, le titre surpasse ses prédécesseurs. Même si quelques éléments peuvent encore être perfectibles, on ressent que Frontier Developments écoute sa communauté. Les développeurs semblent vouloir faire les choses dans le bon ordre en proposant suffisamment de nouveauté sans pour autant dénigrer ce qui a été bien fait auparavant. Les amateurs ont ici droit à une excellente expérience de gestion !

Tomba! is still a weird and mostly wonderful little platformer, packed with character and charm from beginning to end. Some of its more convoluted design elements can frustrate, and the backtracking's a bit of a slog at times, but the core, grab-happy gameplay remains satisfyingly fun. And, with the addition of unlimited saves and a rewind function, it's hard not to appreciate and enjoy this revived PS1 oddity.

Earth Defense Force 6 è senza alcun dubbio un titolo che fa del fascino trash il suo cavallo di battaglia. Bisogna però capire dove finisca la volontà degli sviluppatori di creare un prodotto volutamente ridicolo e inizi la loro effettiva incapacità di produrre un titolo al passo con i tempi. Perché a livello di gameplay e tecnico, Earth Defense Force 6 è fermo a 20 anni fa, ossia quando venne rilasciato il primo capitolo della serie. E per quanto possa risultare divertente giocare il titolo in compagnia dei propri amici (in cooperativa locale o in multiplayer online) non si può negare che sia datato sotto ogni aspetto, ripetitivo e minato da diversi bug e rallentamenti. Un titolo che parla principalmente ai fan della serie e che potrebbe risultare indigesto a qualsiasi altro giocatore.
