Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game is a solidly-conceived asymmetric multiplayer horror game, but a lack of polish and content means it’s unlikely to become a long term go-to for most fans of the genre. There’s some quick and easy fun to be had with Killer Klowns, but a $40 entry fee and an uncertain future make these cheap laughs feel a bit overpriced.

Supongo que nadie esperaba que Dimps y Bandai Namco rehicieran desde cero Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 para su versión nativa de PS5 y Xbox Series, una labor que se reservarán para la tercera parte de esta franquicia. Y así ha sucedido, puesto que esta versión “current gen” de Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 es exactamente la misma que disfrutamos en su día para las consolas pertenecientes a la pasada generación, pero con ligeras mejoras técnicas que viene a ser las esperadas. Más chicha tiene el contenido adicional que acompaña a este lanzamiento gracias a una actualización gratuita y la aparición del primer capítulo de la Future Saga. Un contenido que, por supuesto, está disponible para todas las versiones.

Il sedicesimo titolo firmato dai Codies (il quarto griffato con il simbolo della casa di Redwood City) sarà ricordato come uno dei più controversi della serie. Il delicato equilibrio tra simulazione e arcade che ha sempre contraddistinto la serie è venuto meno in quest'edizione: F1 24 si conferma un gioco godibilissimo controller alla mano, mentre con volante e pedaliera è semplicemente sprecato. Almeno fino all'arrivo dell'aggiornamento promesso dagli sviluppatori che dovrebbe mettere una pezza al modello di guida implementato. Le serie sportive a cadenza annuale hanno palesato un calo qualitativo notevole nell'ultimo decennio: dalla pandemia la situazione è precipitata ancor di più, e questa volta è toccato a Codemasters. F1 24 rimane un'esperienza consigliata a chi si avvicina alla al mondo della Formula 1 per la prima volta, meno per i veterani della serie che troveranno poche novità sostanziose rispetto all'edizione dello scorso anno, ancor meno per i piloti eSports finché non verrà risistemato il modello di guida.

F1 24 est assurément un jeu de course qui risque de diviser les fans de la série et le public, notamment à cause de la manière dont la physique et la maniabilité des véhicules ont été repensées. La refonte de la Carrière Pilote fait également davantage figure de simple rafraîchissement plutôt que de vrai renouveau pour ce mode. Quant aux autres ajouts et ajustements proposés, certains sont plus satisfaisants que d’autres. C’est un peu dur à dire mais nous avons le sentiment que chaque qualité que nous pouvons lui trouver s’accompagne indubitablement d’un ou plusieurs défauts dans la foulée. Difficile d’être aussi convaincant qu’un F1 23 dans ces conditions. Après avoir réussi à remettre la licence sur de bons rails l’an dernier, EA et Codemasters semblent à nouveau avoir grippé la machine. C’est dommage.

F1 24 scivola dal blocco di partenza e perde un sacco di posizioni rispetto al suo capitolo precedente. Le feature che avrebbero dovuto spingere sul realismo hanno l’effetto opposto, e unito a un multiplayer poco solido rendono il tutto poco gradevole. Nonostante questo, il single player è migliorato moltissimo, e ci sono delle novità che riescono a tenerci attaccati allo schermo. Tuttavia, non è il passo evolutivo promesso da Codemasters.

I want to love El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron, but the HD Remaster on Switch is not the place to do so. It runs so poorly you can’t even navigate menus properly. Even besides those problems, the action and platforming are incredibly bland and the story is nigh incomprehensible, even as someone who loves artsy titles.The visuals are drop dead gorgeous and the voice acting is good, but that’s not enough to carry a game.

Hypercharge: Unboxed doesn't revolutionize the shooter market or offer anything new, but what it does provide is a highly polished, chaotic, and lovingly crafted experience for players who have an itch for retro games and addictive combat loops. There's certainly an argument to be made that this version is coming a little too late into its life cycle, but if Hypercharge: Unboxed can find a consistent and renewed audience with this long-awaited release on Xbox consoles, then perhaps the future is indeed bright for this zany, old school shooter.

Aunque el modo Carrera ha recibido muy buenos cambios, el título es continuista y presenta pocas novedades. Además, el modo VR es horrible.

After 8 years the vanilla career mode got its big update, and the new features have the potential to bring lapsed players back. However, despite the positives, a poorly implemented new handling model means that at launch the game is held back from its full potential. We’ll be keeping an eye on it as Codemasters update things, but for now go in with some caution.

F1 24 has the makings of being better than last year’s edition but the handling just lets down the entire package. It drowns the goodness that is the new stuff that the career mode has bought on. And while I wouldn’t advise getting it on launch, try it out on EA Play’s Game Trials to see if it suits your fancy.

Much of Sweet and Spicy Darling is a continuation of Cupid Parasite tasty storytelling, offering epilogues with the game’s six bachelors and the likable lead. Like most fan-disks, a reading of the original visual novel is essential, establishing the foundations that are devotedly built on here. If you appreciate quirkiness, Cupid Parasite’s wit and whimsy might just be an arrow to the heart.

Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game is as silly and entertaining as the movie that spawned it, and that makes for a surprisingly compelling asymmetrical multiplayer game to boot. The back-and-forth between the wacky, murderous Klowns and the whiny teens is a blast no matter which side of the equation you find yourself on, and unlockable classes and abilities add some much needed variety… for a little bit, at least. After a handful of hours, once you’ve tried out all the human and Klown options and learned the layouts of the small number of maps, that competitive loop can get pretty stale. Here’s hoping developer Illfonic has some tricks up their baggy, checkered sleeves and can deliver updates to keep the clown car chugging along beyond that, but for now Killer Klowns makes for at least a dozen hours of really enjoyable hijinks.
