Proposez une note de presse sur ce jeuWe're surprised to see that Rapala is again making strides in the right direction, but there's still a long way to go if the franchise is going to reach its former glory on previous consoles. As far as Wii fishing games go, Fishing Frenzy blends some fun motion-based casting and fish battles with a still-simplistic core, so while you'll have fun hooking and landing some lunkers this time around, it still isn't strong enough to warrant a purchase. There are still just a few dozen lures and fish, only seven locales, and only a short tournament and challenge mode to keep you busy. Visuals are still extremely bland and PS2-like, there are load times just to get to the title screen and then game interface after that, and the menus loaded aren't worth the time it took to get to them, with bland icons sitting on top of flat colors and bland white text for everything. If Activision is looking to make Fishing Frenzy a true kid's title, we're down for that , as it'd give it a unique style, but the company should focus less on useless controller shells and magazine giveaways, and focus more on making a coherent design for the title to follow. Right now it's a mix of assets and styles that - while fun at times - is in a serious identity crisis.
