The MSI GE63VR 7RF Raider is a great pick if you’ve got money to burn for a mid-range gaming laptop. It can confidently tackle most of today’s games, and on top of that is more than capable of handling VR titles as well. While the battery life is not something to be proud of, the Raider makes up for it in other areas, so you’ll be gaming on this bad boy for quite a while.
Unepic is an unabashed homage to classic 8-bit adventure and role-playing games. Its sharp wit and bevy of nerd-culture references offset the frustration that arises from an unrelentingly challenging dungeon crawler. Uneven character balance and some exploitable enemy AI limit the ways you can play enjoyably, but there are still rewards to be found in the careful exploration of the sprawling castle.
UnEpic miscela diversi elementi in modo interessante: una storia poco originale ma ben scritta e piena zeppa di simpatiche citazioni; una struttura action platform d'altri tempi, all'insegna del back tracking e del respawn; e una componente RPG molto lontana dal generale "ammorbidimento" che questo filone ha subito nel corso degli anni. Come detto si tratta di un'opera enorme, considerando che è stata sviluppata da un'unica persona; che omaggia in modo palese l'epoca degli 8 bit e rinuncia, volutamente, a semplificazioni che pure avrebbero reso l'esperienza più accessibile, specie durante le prime ore. Il risultato finale è un gioco che difficilmente si presta a interpretazioni: si ama o si odia, senza vie di mezzo. La cosa buona è che potete provarlo in tutta tranquillità, per capire se si tratta di vero amore (e quindi procedere all'acquisto) o di una grossa delusione.
