Fade to Silence a pour lui une atmosphère particulièrement soignée, un système de craft et d'optimisation de base donnant un vrai sentiment de progression. Malheureusement, ses mécaniques bancales, ses combats erratiques, sa répétitivité et ses trop nombreux impairs techniques empêchent le joueur de vivre une expérience satisfaisante. Reste que le potentiel, lui, est bien là et vous pourriez, avec un peu d'indulgence, accorder une chance au jeu si vous êtes un inconditionnel des jeux de survie.

Fade to Silence offers quite an accessible survival adventure that knows exactly when to push your buttons. The game’s seemingly interesting world is full of possibilities and dangers of equal measure, ensuring that there’s always some event to take on throughout. The drawback, however, is that of its lack of polish and mechanical depth, together with its awkward combat. Shame really, with more time in the oven, this could have been a big hit.
