So much potential and such a standard, to the point, no frills delivery is saddening. Enclave is a technical demonstration gone horribly awry when it came time to lay in the gameplay that would make it all truly epic. In some way Enclave remains enjoyable by being a straight action title with a brilliant, but imperfect delivery and a premise and allure that we rarely see done so incredibly beautifully. But, in another way, the entire time you play you're painfully reminded of the wasted potential that's sprawling out before you. Each jerky animation, tired and repetitious swing of the axe, uninspired mission, and yawn inducing spell only compound the problem. It's this odd amalgamation of coolness and brilliance coupled with sheer mediocrity, like that Starship Troopers CG cartoon. It should be good in theory, right? As it turns out, it's a toned down, incomplete and often lacking rendition of a concept someone once had that could have been amazing had it been done right. Each area of play has so many faults, it's undeniable. Still, there is a hack and slash dumb kind of grace that keeps you playing, especially since the story is solid enough to warrant it and the atmosphere rich enough to justify it. For that, the game deserves mention and note, and at least a gander. In-depth and amazing this is not so go in only if you're starved or are willing to play an acceptably average game that could have been so much more had someone just stopped and thought for a week or two about what needed to go in.

Voilà un tite clairement destiné aux fans d'arcade. Bourrin à souhait et d'une prise en main instantanée. Sans oublier le côté grand spectacle avec les crashs façon « L'Homme qui tombe à pic ». Mais donner dans l'arcade n'est pas une raison suffisante pour avoir un gameplay qui, finalement, s'avère vite répétitif et une durée de vie aussi courte. A reserver à un public « averti ».

En résumé, on peut dire de Ninja Cop qu'il n'y a pas grand-chose à en dire. C'est bête mais c'est comme ça, c'est l'archétype du jeu moyen, pas bon mais pas foncièrement mauvais non plus, Ninja Cop ne passionne pas sans pour autant dégoûter. Mouais, un gros bof quoi.

Un giochino davvero divertente. Probabilmente non entrerà nella storia per la sua grafica da urlo o per la sua longevitá, ma riesce a divertire e lo fa in maniera semplice e spensierata.

Ninja Five-O is a surprisingly great game that almost came out of nowhere; Konami released this game as quiet as can be, with relatively no previous hype. The game harkens back to the days of Ninja arcade games, and even though it borrows its gameplay elements from previous designs, it's not a me-too Game boy Advance game. Since it's an original game with no license or previous title to bank on, chances are it'll be one of those games that'll just sit on store shelves...which is a shame because this is an exciting, fun and challenging action game that shouldn't be missed.

The last time I checked, survival horror games were supposed to be scary. The only thing frightening about Run Like Hell is the prospect of having to play through it more than once. The incessant combat feels like filler designed to make the game longer. So do the plentiful and unoriginal puzzles. What's left? Not much. While Run Like Hell isn't quite "Throw your controller at the screen" awful, it's bad enough that there's really no reason anybody should even think about buying it. Until another worthwhile survival horror game makes its way to the Xbox, you'd be better off just playing Silent Hill again. This one should have stayed on the PS2.
