Survival Kids è un titolo accogliente e spensierato, pensato per un pubblico giovane e ideale per sessioni cooperative in famiglia o tra amici. La sua struttura semplice e immediata lo rende facilmente accessibile, soprattutto su una piattaforma come Switch 2, dove il multiplayer locale è un punto di forza. Tuttavia, questa stessa semplicità può diventare un limite: dopo poche ore di gioco, l'esperienza tende a ripetersi, trasformandosi in una sequenza di compiti ciclici più che in un'avventura in continua evoluzione. Questo senso di ripetitività si avverte in modo più marcato in solitaria, ma non scompare del tutto nemmeno in compagnia. A pesare è anche il prezzo di lancio, che appare leggermente elevato rispetto alla varietà e alla quantità di contenuti offerti, soprattutto se confrontato con altri titoli simili presenti sul mercato. Non si tratta di un fraintendimento sulle promesse fatte da Konami, che è stata trasparente sin dall'inizio, quanto piuttosto della velocità con cui il loop di gioco mostra i suoi limiti, pur restando un'esperienza piacevole se condivisa.

Sur la formen le jeu semble évoluer, avec plus de variété dans les environnements et un soin notable accordé à la narration qui profite d’un doublage de qualité pour nous servir une sympathique galerie de personnages. Seulement voilà, sur le fond peu de choses ont changé entre Demon Purge et Gal Guardians : Servants of the Dark. On ressort avec l’impression d’avoir parcouru un titre au game design moins cohérent que chez son prédécesseur, d’avoir affaire à un copié-collé peu inspiré. L’expérience profite d’un gameplay toujours efficace et plaisant, mais pas de quoi évincer Demon Purge. Espérons qu’un futur nouvel épisode réussisse à réunir le meilleur des deux opus afin que la série puisse sortir du lot.

Chronicles of the Wolf is not for everybody. It's not even for all Metroidvania fans. But for those that it clicks with, it very well may be the best game in the genre you've played this year. It's not without its fair share of frustrations as far as its mechanics and gameplay go, but the elegance of its design and the obvious passion that Migami poured into it make those frustrations worth bearing. If you can look past a little bit of jank and forgive Chronicles of the Wolf for its old-school sentimentality, what you'll find is one of the year's best Metroidvanias on par with the best of what the genre has offered in 2025.

Antro is a good soundtrack full of Spanish artists you should try out… that comes with a free game. Its message, while important, is played out like a song on repeat, and there isn’t much more substance past that. Just go get the OST.

ANTRO tiene el corazón en el lugar adecuado, y Gatera Studios claramente tiene un gran talento para crear entornos fascinantes en los que disfrutar de una gran música. Ahora bien, creo que el proyecto podría haber dado muchísimo más de sí. La música se podría haber integrado más en la narrativa, en vez de quedarse en la superficie, para que formara parte de la rebelión de una manera más activa, y se demostrara el poder que realmente tiene. Incluso en la parte jugable hay lagunas. Las conexiones entre los niveles musicales son olvidables, y estos no siempre hacen click al fallar en el timing o la integración de la jugabilidad con la espectacular banda sonora. Pese a esto, cuando funciona, ANTRO se disfruta muchísimo, y siempre es bueno disfrutar de obras que reivindican el arte, la libertad y la importancia de la cultura en nuestras vidas. Espero que Gatera Studio siga apostando por esta fórmula, ya que con unos cuantos retoques, pueden crear una rebelión a la que todos nos querremos unir en el futuro.
