Maestoso L'ambizioso progetto dei ragazzi di Asobo Studio e XBOX Game Studios ha centrato in pieno l'obiettivo: il nuovo Microsoft Flight Simulator non è un gioco, ma è il simulatore di volo per eccellenza che tutti stavano aspettando. Il livello di realismo è incredibile, dal mondo aggiornato in tempo reale ai dettagli maniacali degli aerei, così come il lavoro svolto per renderlo accessibile anche ai neofiti che vogliono semplicemente provare l'ebbrezza di esplorare il globo stando comodamente seduti a casa. Ancora una volta, ci sentiamo di definirlo un vero e proprio strumento di allenamento camuffato da videogioco in cui gli sviluppatori hanno racchiuso sapientemente tutte le nozioni dell'aviazione. Il risultato è un prodotto di altissima qualità che, analizzato nella sua vera anima (quella di un simulatore appunto), può contare anche su un forte potenziale d'impiego al di fuori delle mura casalinghe. Si vous êtes un "moustachu" et que vous avez déjà un X-Plane avec des contenus payés à prix d'or, vous ne passerez pas à Microsoft Flight Simulator. Enfin pas tout de suite. Car si on peut faire des reproches au bébé d'Asobo, aucun d'entre eux n'est insoluble et verra sans doute des améliorations pour tendre encore plus vers la perfection. En l'état Flight Simulator 2020 est déjà une plateforme de référence qui s'imposera sans aucun doute comme la simulation de vol civile de la décennie. Échec et mat.

Microsoft Flight Simulator è il nuovo punto di riferimento dei simulatori di volo. Ma, volendo essere ancora più audaci e dirompenti, possiamo tranquillamente affermare che questo gioco rappresenta l'eccellenza dell'intera categoria dei simulatori. Cotanta eccellenza tocca anche il fronte tecnico che però risente di una notevole pesantezza e richiede una componentistica di alto livello per riuscire a offrire una qualità all'altezza delle aspettative e di quanto mostrato in video da Microsoft. Allora come mai non siamo saliti al di sopra dell'imponente e importante 9 secco? Semplicemente perché, a nostro parere, il gioco difetta sul fronte dei contenuti rivolti ai giocatori che vogliono migliorare le proprie conoscenze sul volo e sono alla ricerca di missioni, guide, spiegazioni e, magari, una carriera e dei brevetti di abilitazione ai velivoli inclusi. Su questo fronte Microsoft Flight Simulator offre pochissimo e faticherà a darvi un reale senso di progressione o ad offrirvi uno scopo per migliorarvi. Se però vi interessa solo ed esclusivamente volare, procedete con l'acquisto: ne rimarrete pienamente soddisfatti.

Der Microsoft Flight Simulator ist eine beeindruckende Simulation, die zeigt, was mit Cloud- und KI-Power machbar ist: schließlich kann man die ganze Welt erkunden, obgleich hier und da längst nicht alles stimmt. Hinter der leistungshungrigen, aber bildschönen Fassade und den detailverliebt nachgebildeten Flugzeugen versteckt sich eine komplexe Flugsimulation, die sich dank zahlreicher Optionen überraschend vielfältig anpassen lässt. Wetterdarstellung, 3D-Wolken, Cockpits und das physikalische Flugmodell bei den kleineren Flugzeugen suchen jedenfalls ihres Gleichen, während der Autopilot und andere Macken das Gesamterlebnis schon stören – und nahelegen, dass die Testflüge etwas zu früh beendet wurden, gerade bei den großen Flugzeugen. Außerdem dürfte es schon mehr spielerische Elemente abseits der Herausforderungen geben. Optionale Missionen oder eine Kampagne hätten das Gesamtflugpaket aufgewertet. Doch trotz seiner Macken setzt die Flugsimulation neue Maßstäbe und ist in vieler Hinsicht ein vor allem technischer Meilenstein.
