Cocoon demuestra que Limbo e Inside no fueron casualidad. Es un videojuego diseñado de manera fantástica y minimalista. La jugabilidad sabe explicar quién eres y por qué, y no usa ni un solo tutorial. Su flow es embriagador e hipnótico, y su idea de saltar de mundo en mundo es fabulosa. A eso le sumas uns puzzles muy bien diseñados y tienes ante ti un juegazo que no te puedes perder.

If you were hoping for a dramatic reinvention of EA’s soccer sim to go along with ditching the FIFA name, EA Sports FC 24 is not that. If you’ve played FIFA, you know exactly what kind of incremental improvements and longstanding problems with AI to expect this year. New mechanics like Evolutions show that EA has a general grasp of how to improve its RPG elements, even if it’s only currently for Ultimate Team where you have to put up with all of the dreaded microtransactions. Elsewhere, Volta mode is still a lot of fun with a full team of friends thanks in part to its unique arenas, while the Career Modes once again suffer from the same lack of care they’ve been missing for years, with the added annoyance of some ill-conceived RNG-based objectives this time. All told, it might have a new name, but EA Sports FC 24 is just about the same, frustrating but beautiful game.

EA Sports FC 24 isn't the huge departure that we'd hoped for. While Ultimate Team devotees will likely be happy, the rest of the game feels like an afterthought in the transition away from the FIFA license.

Avec FC 24, EA Sports passe à côté de l’occasion de se renouveler. En même temps, qui pourrait lui donner tort ? FIFA fait chaque année partie des plus grands succès vidéoludiques, toutes catégories confondues, alors qu’il ne change que rarement des choses. Pourquoi s’embêter à s’améliorer quand un nouveau nom, un nouveau logo et une nouvelle interface peuvent suffire à revendre le même jeu, avec évidemment de nouvelles équipes pour attirer les fans de football ? FC 24 est la parfaite continuation d’une formule qui a toujours marché, puisqu’il est tout aussi addictif que ses prédécesseurs, malgré tout le mal que l’on peut penser du business d’EA Sports. Dans les prochains mois, il sera intéressant de suivre la suite de la guerre entre FIFA et EA. L’instance de football va-t-elle vraiment financer son propre jeu FIFA 24 ? Peut-elle réussir à causer du tort à FC 24 ? En attendant, EA Sports propose une nouvelle fois le meilleur jeu de football.

EA Sports FC 24 è un capitolo calcistico a metà tra rivoluzione e tradizione. Non il passo in avanti imponente che ci si poteva aspettare dall’erede di FIFA 23, ma un simulatore che diverte e piace nonostante persistano alcuni recenti e storici difetti del brand. La ricerca maniacale del realismo, tra animazioni sempre più verosimili e un colpo d’occhio mozzafiato, stride con il solito approccio al gameplay votato interamente alla velocità e alla frenesia, in cui è facilissimo sfrecciare in area di rigore ma è fin troppo complicato difendere con lucidità e costanza. Quella di EA Sports rimane comunque l’unica offerta davvero valida in materia di calcio videoludico in questa parentesi generazionale. In definitiva, complice un ventaglio di modalità più ricco e stratificato che mai, possiamo dire che Electronic Arts abbia portato a casa il risultato anche per la stagione 2023/2024.

Fate Samurai/Remnant è indubbiamente il miglior prodotto videoludico a tema Fate mai giunto fra le nostre mani, capace non solo di donare una trama avvincente e perfettamente in linea con i più noti e precedenti media, ma anche ricco di un gameplay semplice e intuitivo, che mostra il meglio di sé proprio negli emozionanti scontri tra Master e Servant. La possibilità di poter utilizzare diversi Servant rende l’esperienza ancora più varia, facendo sentire raramente la sensazione di monotonia tra i numerosi scontri. Il lato artistico mantiene senza riserva le alte aspettative, ma il lato tecnico lascia invece trasparire una cura decisamente più altalenante. La mancanza dell’italiano rende inoltre l’esperienza più difficile da apprezzare nella sua totalità, data anche la sua natura ereditaria da visual novel. Se però siete disposti a dargli una possibilità, vi ritroverete sicuramente davanti uno dei migliori capitoli dell’universo di Fate, in particolare per chi decide di viverlo come primo approccio al franchise, senza dimenticare i fan di lunga data che si divertiranno molto a scovare tutti i riferimenti alle passate opere. Indubbiamente un gioco da non lasciarsi sfuggire.

Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventures of Dai is an interesting idea in bringing the anime to video game form that falls short in execution. It sounded great on paper, but nothing comes together in any way that makes this title rise above mediocrity. The basic repetitive gameplay that’s sparsely portioned out between story development prevents this from being the great action RPG it should have been. Fans of The Adventures of Dai or Dragon Questin general might find enjoyment in this title. As critical as this review is there was fun had in playing it, but without the Dragon Quest name no one would give this a second thought. But despite its shortcomings it does still successfully convey the Dragon Quest charm, which might be enough to bring some enjoyment to a small segment of gamers, but most wouldn’t consider it worth the price of admission. As such, it’s difficult to recommend it to anyone but the most hardcore Dragon Quest fans and even they should keep expectations low.
