Whilst it has some excellent exploration and puzzle segments, Deadfall Adventures is marred by its mediocre combat, frequent bugs and a story that struggles to keep the player engaged.

The dependence upon the mechanics of X-COM is handled well enough to not spoil the fundamentally fun gameplay. Saying that, there are a lot of issues with the game that detract from this experience. If you want something to occupy your time before XCOM: Enemy Within is released, then I’d recommend having another playthrough the original game rather than picking up this mediocre effort from Bohemia Interactive.

How to Survive is a top-down, zombie survival game that has you craft your way to victory. It’s fairly limited in what you can do with a linear storyline but has incredibly addictive zombie killing that kept me playing. Fans of mindless zombie killing will most likely enjoy this title whilst other, story driven gamers; maybe not so much.

A boring subject made spectacularly fun, Phoenix Wright's main draw is it's characters and being able to make you feel like a bad-ass for being a lawyer. Dialogue heavy sequences mean you'll want to take a few breaks between play.

A parable, as defined by Oxford English Dictionary, is a simple story illustrating a moral or religious lesson. Whilst The Stanley Parable is, in essence, a simple story about a man, Stanley, investigating where his cohorts have gone, it is so much more than this. It is, in all definitions of the word, an adventure.
