While the maps and enemies could be more varied and interesting, there's no denying that the gameplay is stellar, rewarding you for working closely with your teammates and punishing you otherwise. And best of all, the multi-player system powering the game works flawlessly, making it easy for you to find other people to tackle missions with. The deep upgrade system and customizable loadouts will go a long way towards keeping you engaged long after your first battle. Simply put, Helldivers is a wet dream if cooperative multiplayer games are your thing.

Ce n'est pas le plus beau jeu de la PS4, de la PS3 ou de la PS Vita. Mais Helldiver est l'un des titres les plus excitants et vous obtiendrez ces trois versions grâce au cross-buy. Il s'agit d'un jeu rempli d'armes étranges, d'outils puissants et de diverses autres choses qui peuvent être combinées avec l'arsenal de vos amis afin de faire le ménage, et vous verrez que tout fonctionne admirablement bien ensemble.

Right in the sweet spot between being fun and challenging, Helldivers is a superb cooperative experience that keeps you coming back for more. Arrowhead layers on thoughtful progression and customization to keeps things interesting on a mission by mission basis, and while these features deserve praise on their own, how the community takes to the Galactic Campaign could turn a great, ambitious game into unparalleled cooperative nirvana.

Si podemos definir de una forma Helldivers es diversión en estado puro. Su sinfín de posibilidades a la hora de disfrutarlo en cualquier consola de Sony y con cualquier amigo lo convierten en un auténtico todoterreno, y además cuenta con muchas horas de diversión y una estupenda mecánica de desbloqueos. En estos momentos hay pocas formas mejores de divertirnos con nuestros amigos al estilo de la vieja escuela.

With friends, Helldivers provides a brilliant and addictive co-op experience full of thrills, spills, and hilarious accidental deaths. Gameplay is quick, satisfying, and often chaotic, and the stratagem system gives the action a unique identity. The only question mark here is the one that hangs over the title's community, which must be sustained if the shooter is to realise its impressive potential.

Es ist beinahe wie bei Evolve: Wenn man fähige Mitspieler findet, entwickelt sich der Arcade-Shooter Helldivers zu einem richtig launigen Koop-Gemetzel. Sofern alle zusammenarbeiten, aufeinander aufpassen, sich gegenseitig decken und geschickt Nachschub anfordern, kommt es zu richtig coolen Momenten. Leider scheint sich das unter dem Großteil der Spieler aber noch nicht herumgesprochen zu haben. Meine „Partner“ haben mich sogar öfter erledigt oder versehentlich zertrampelt als die Aliens. Auch als Einzelspieler sind die Einsätze nicht besonders spannend: Ähnlich wie in Crysis 3 lässt sich die simple KI viel zu leicht austricksen und abhängen. Es ist löblich, dass die drei Versionen so eng miteinander verknüpft wurden und Besitzer von PlayStation 3 oder 4 zusammen mit Vita-Spielern kämpfen können. Auf den älteren Systemen funkt allerdings immer wieder die schwache Technik dazwischen, weil das Spiel durch starke Slowdowns ausgebremst wird. Zusätzlich kommt es auch auf der PS4 zu häufig zu Verbindungsfehlern oder Abstürzen. Außerdem könnten die karg designten zufallsgenerierten Planeten etwas mehr Abwechslung gebrauchen. Im Gegenzug sorgen aber die kombinierten Missionziele für spannende Touren durchs Feindgebiet. Wer genügend Freunde zusammenbekommt oder fähige Online-Mitspieler findet, bekommt mit Helldivers eine intensive und actionreiche Koop-Erfahrung. Für einen Gold-Award wirkt das Konzept aber noch zu unausgegoren.

Helldivers spinge al massimo gli aspetti cooperativi delle sue meccaniche, "complicando" il suo gameplay con dinamiche (alcune francamente opinabili) che di fatto esulano da una fruizione solitaria. Non giocateci in single player in pratica, affrontate la Campagna Galattica con altri amici, anche in locale, in modo anche da limitare il tedioso grinding in missioni troppo uguali, necessario però per sviscerare il complesso e ben congegnato sistema di progressione del nostro soldato.

Helldivers è un divertente e impegnativo esperimento sulla cooperativa per quattro giocatori, e i ragazzi di Arrowhead confermano la loro grande abilità nel partire da basi semplici e aggiungervi notevole profondità strategica. Complesso ma mai frustrante, il gioco dà il meglio di sé quando affrontato in compagnia, mentre in solitaria è destinato a stancare molto presto. L'unico evidente punto debole è rappresentato dalla natura estremamente ripetitiva degli obbiettivi di missione: per quanto la loro natura imprevedibile e randomica le renda più interessanti di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, una volta sbloccate le armi e i potenziamenti principali l'interesse nei confronti del gioco potrebbe scendere drasticamente. Consigliato agli appassionati di esperienze cooperative che sappiano tenere alta la concentrazione e l'impegno del party.

Helldivers est un bon jeu qui prend tout son sens en multijoueur et encore plus avec des amis. Bon défouloir demandant un certain doigté, il ne lui manque pas grand chose pour être un très bon jeu. Vous serez facilement happé(e) par son univers et son gameplay, à la fois riche et nerveux.

Helldivers è un videogame godibilmente oldschool, di quelli in grado di stregare un certo tipo di pubblico che ama farsi un po' del male e anzi si esalta particolarmente nelle difficoltà (facendosi magari forza con gli amici con cui si sta condividendo il divano o più in generale l'incursione galattica!). Per tutti gli altri, rimane un titolo intrigante e assolutamente godibile, capace com'è di aggiungere qualcosa di nuovo ad una formula gloriosa e ricca di predecessori eccellenti. Con tutta probabilità non rientrerà - invero per poco - nella schiera dei primissimi della classe, ma se amate il genere non esitate a concedergli una chance: al netto di qualche difetto, troverete pane per i vostri denti. Mi raccomando però: fate sempre attenzione al fuoco amico e agli oggetti dall'alto!
